Invisible Crimes:
How To Protect Yourself From Something That Nobody Can See
by Karen Atkins and Perun
We live in the world of people and we have different connections with them; family, parents, children, friends, co-workers. All of them have their own thoughts, emotions and situations. One of the most important ways of improving our lives and becoming stronger is to know which emotional and mental vibration weare connected with.
Many times we get influenced without knowing about it. Even from a person with whom we have a good relationship, we can receive a wave of sadness and depression. If we are not aware of this, we can’t do anything, we can’t even help that person, friend or family member, and we will be completely influenced by their state.
These invisible influences, ‘little invisible crimes”, both conscious and unconscious, are often even more dangerous than an open conflict.
How many times do we feel that sadness or depression seem to appear without any reason? That means that we have unconsciously ‘caught’ the vibration from another person. This can be a person that we passed by in the street, or our co-worker thinking about a problem with his wife, or our boss who is worrying about a business situation or our parents concerned about our well-being. These people are not usually even thinking about us. They are caught up in their own problems, but their emotional state is transmitted to us.
If we can study this phenomenon in depth, we can greatly improve our life. For example, in the ancient tradition of thousands of years of oriental medicine, it is considered that is one of the main reasons for many diseases and the first step to prevent them and become a ‘self-healer’ is to be aware of these invisible influences everyday.
Physical disease is the last step. It comes only when we allow these invisible influences to affect us for a certain length of time, as they weaken our immune system, opening the way for new diseases to come.
Now, we’ll share the secret of ancient medicine techniques.
The First Step: The secret is that if you are conscious at the moment that this wave is coming in and you separate yourself from it, saying to yourself, ‘this is not my thought, this is not my emotion, I am free of it’ - you prevent a great part of it from affecting you.
The Second Step: Learn to feel where it comes from; a person, a situation, memories, etc.:
You can try doing this:
When you feel something, try to stop for a moment, take a deep inhale and exhale, be silent for a little while, understand that it’s not your thought and emotion that makes you sad or depressed, and then try to feel where it comes from.. Understanding this you say “I am free of this” and consciously, doing some deep breathing, you can change your state to joy and inspiration.
This is a Simple technique…but it has a very strong effect…
Doing these simple exercises, you will learn to free yourself and develop this sensitivity. This is the first and important step in living without negative internal states that are not ours, empowering ourselves, and greatly strengthening our immunity. Oriental knowledge about self-healing has a special series of techniques for self-protection. We will be giving detailed instruction about these techniques in our workshops. Because of the sensitive nature these techniques, in order to receive the full benefit, the instruction must be given in person.
We will also be offering these workshops in other cities around the world. If you are interested in hosting a workshop in your hometown, please contact us. In order to hold a course, we will need a minimum of 15 students.
