Introductory Lecture

2-hr lecture that provides a basic overview of BodyTalk – what it is and how it works. Led by a certified Practitioner, it is interactive and includes a ‘live session’ and demonstration.

BodyTalk Access

1-day basic BodyTalk training that teaches you how to balance your body and brain, as well as first aid techniques that you can practice on yourself, family & friends. The six simple techniques can be used by anyone and will bring about significant health improvements.

These techniques are perfect for use in schools, clinics, offices and in the home. They help boost immune response, mental focus, immediately reduce the impact of stress and are effective in first aid situations.

In just 6 hours, you will learn five simple, non-invasive techniques which will help you:

  - Balance your brain and think more clearly

  - Relieve allergic reactions

  - Improve hydration

  - Decrease stress

  - Reduce pain

  - Get sick less

  - Recover more quickly from illness or injuries

  - Improve posture

  - Respond to first aid emergencies

Modules 1 & 2

4.5-day course (taken consecutively or in 2 separate weekends) - Teaches participants how to perform a full BodyTalk session. It is an in-depth course of theory and practice that is required for certification as a BodyTalk Practitioner.

Modules 1 & 2 represent the core foundation of the BodyTalk System. You will learn:
- The BodyTalk Protocol – how to look for specific areas of imbalance in the body
- Bio-energetic feedback mechanism – how to get answers from the human body.
- Techniques to balance the body in a safe and non-invasive manner.

Course subjects include:

  - BodyTalk theory – How to ask the body what it needs

  - Balancing the focus and function of the brain

  - Hydration of the body

  - Clearing blockages caused by scars and adhesions

  - Improving function of organs, endocrines and body parts

  - Stimulating immune response to microbes, allergies and toxins

  - Addressing stored emotional trauma, negative belief systems and phobias

  - Reducing impact of environmental stressors

  - Unlocking creative potential

  - Releasing self-sabotage and resistance to healing

  - Correcting structural issues within the body, including posture

  - Normalizing the circulation of blood, nerve, lymph and energy flow

  - Balancing the acupuncture meridian system and the chakra energy system
